Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Content Guru ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Third-Party Integrations & Compliance

Content Guru facilitates connections to third-party streaming platforms. Use of these integrations requires adherence to their respective terms:

  • YouTube: By using Content Guru to connect to YouTube, you are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. We also adhere to the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Users must comply with Meta's Community Standards and Commercial Terms.
  • Twitch: Users must adhere to the Twitch Terms of Service and Developer Agreement.

3. Subscription & Billing

Content Guru is a SaaS platform with recurring billing handled via Stripe.

  • Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled via the Dashboard.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the initial charge.
  • Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. User Content & Conduct

You retain all rights to your broadcast signals. However, by using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content to your selected targets.

Prohibited Use

  • - Transmitting copyrighted material without permission.
  • - Circumventing platform security or API rate limits.
  • - Harassment, hate speech, or illegal activities.

5. Service Availability & Liability

While we aim for 99.99% uptime, Content Guru is provided "as-is". We are not liable for service interruptions caused by upstream API changes from platforms like Google or Meta.

Limitation: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

6. Termination & Data Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the policies of our integrated partners (e.g., received a YouTube strike affecting our API standing).

Users may request account deletion at any time. For Meta/Facebook connected accounts, specific instructions are provided at contentguru.ai/settings/data-deletion.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
